Our vision
Profesionals are working at the heart of a company. Modern process improvement drives and business redesign have focused on the importance of control of the processes of company. I.e. the managers have taking over the company. The unintended consequence has been that process improvement drives including a large number of reporting activities have almost suffocated those people who do the real work: the professionals.
We believe that by building on modern technology and social media concepts we can enhance the work of a highly skilled person. It’s about creating more time to do what we are really good at and passionate about instead of administration. We’re here to elevate business results by building on each other, sharing insights and e.g. generating instead of typing reports.
Our mission and beliefs"...Listen and see reality as it is and apply IT tools to support and drive core activities. We are 'attacking' the boring hours of administrative load, which does not add much direct value. In every organisation time spent can be allocated to value created, i.e. to either Noise, Discretionary or Support Activities or Core work that really makes the difference and add most value. Who does not want to reduce the noise, increase the support for core activities and know which discretionary activities need to be cut out when tough choices need to be made.Do you recognize professionals who are frustrated, being 'bugged' down for weeks or months in a year, having to produce reports for management and/or governmental inspectorates to comply with legislative requirements? We believe software systems can reduce re-work and administration and enable people to do what they are good at and passionate about.Our systems will enable the 'clean up' of large amount of business data, knowledge and insights relevant for subsurface assets. At the same time it will elevate those hidden ideas or topics that people are passionate about but perhaps not able to bring to the meeting table.Only a click away the professional will be able to link up with experts, the selected chosen professional friends elsewhere in the world, who will support them in their reviews, chasing the same hydrocarbons.Last not but least, we believe work should contain some fun, therefore some gaming techniques will be included, as measures or performance statistics drive people to go that extra mile.
